PubPub Demo and Community Spotlight

Session Description:

A key to PubPub’s success is the ability for anyone to create a free community for a multiplicity of content formats. We believe in putting researchers and authors in control of their work and building for them. Currently 1,300+ communities strong, PubPub enables the creation of a book, a journal, a conference, a blog, a multi-media gathering place—spaces of your invention and design. This 30-minute demo will provide a quick start guide to creating your community and using it to author and/or publish content. Whether you are a library, a publisher, a blogger, a convener, or just want a space to muse, this session will walk you through the steps needed to get your community off the ground. We’ll offer some community spotlights, tips, and advice, and we’d love to hear from you too!
